Handel grip iron barbell plate 10kg solid iron disc, designed to fit normal diameter bars for style lifting.
Use with a standard bar or use as hands-on weights (without the bar) for weight assisted sit-ups, chair back extensions, overhead presses, lateral shoulder raises, etc.

• Thickness: 2.5mm.
• NOTE: These discs are sized to fit the Normal Barbell.
