Handel grip rubber barbell plate – 10kg rubber disc, designed to fit normal diameter bars for style lifting. Use with a standard bar or use as hands-on weights (without the bar) for weight assisted sit-ups, chair back extensions, overhead presses, lateral shoulder raises, etc.
