Stage 1 (Green) – Ages 11+

• ✅ 75% of standard ball pressure for a slightly slower speed and bounce.
  ✅ Full-size court and net height, making it ideal for skill progression.
  ✅ Recommended racquet size: 25″ – 27″

Stage 2 (Orange) – Ages 9-10

• ✅ 50% of standard ball pressure for controlled speed and bounce.
  ✅ Court size: 60′ x 21′ with standard net height.
  ✅ Recommended racquet size: 23″ – 25″

Stage 3 (Red) – Ages 8 & Under

• ✅ Two ball options: Red felt & red foam balls for easier control.
  ✅ Court size: 36′ x 18′ with a lower net height (2′ 9″ at center).
  ✅ Recommended racquet size: Up to 23″
