The presence of a manufacturing defect: The customer has the right to request a return of the product in the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, and the defect must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Non-wearables: Wearable products (such as clothing and accessories) are non-returnable.
Purchase invoice availability: The product must accompany the original invoice or proof of purchase to request a return.
2. Refund Terms
Duration: The return request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition and unused, with all product components as original packaging ingredients.
Delivery Fee Exception: Delivery charges are non-refundable, in case the product is approved to be returned, the delivery fee will be deducted from the refund.
3. Refund Process

Refund method: The amount will be returned using the same original payment method, and the refund may take between 7-10 business days to be returned to the account, depending on the financial institution.
4. Exclusions
Customized or modified products: Products that have been customized or modified at the request of the customer are non-returnable.
